We are very sad to report that we lost Colonel on Saturday, October 20, 2001. We had the pleasure of owning him for only a brief two months, but it was enough time for him to win our hearts. It's hard to understand why such a wonderful friend and partner would be taken from us at such a young age... and why he would have to suffer so before leaving. I only hope he knew how desparately we were trying to save him. I hope he knows now how much we miss him.
