Registered Quarter Horse - Double bred Two Eyed Jack
History: Joey, as I like to call him, has truly captured my heart. He has personality plus and is a real character here at the ranch. He even likes to help with chores, although he can't quite figure out how to scoop the poop once he's picked up the manure fork
After some hard work, he's really turned out to be a fun horse to ride. I'm starting to doubt whether I'll relinquish him back to my husband to be used as a rope horse! He's too much fun as a Dressage/pleasure horse.
This year (2008) we tried hitting the trails in the beautiful Rocky Mountians and I'm happy to report that Joey took to them like a champ crossing foot bridges and picking his way through the narrow pathways along Snowbasin and North Fork. I can't wait until next year!
